Orbital Host Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orbital Host services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You may not share, transfer, or resell your account without written authorization from Orbital Host.

3. Payments & Billing

All services are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination.

Orbital Host reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cryptocurrency mining of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, or similar).

• Running botnets, selfbots, spam bots, or automated abuse tools.

• Hosting phishing pages, malware, ransomware, trojans, or malicious scripts.

• Launching or participating in DDoS attacks.

• Operating open proxies, VPN exit nodes, or anonymization services without authorization.

• Hosting pirated software or infringing copyrighted content.

• Attempting to exploit, scan, or compromise Orbital Host infrastructure.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund.

Orbital Host reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and may report illegal activities to law enforcement where required.

5. Resource Usage & Fair Use

Each plan includes allocated CPU, RAM, storage, and network resources.

Excessive usage that impacts node stability or other customers may result in throttling or suspension.

Orbital Host reserves the right to suspend services causing abnormal or abusive load.

6. DDoS Protection & Network Integrity

We provide DDoS protection; however, sustained or extreme attacks impacting infrastructure may result in temporary null-routing.

You may not intentionally attract attacks or use our protection services to test attack methods.

7. Data & Backups

You retain ownership of all data hosted on our services.

While we may offer automated backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Orbital Host is not liable for data loss under any circumstance.

Data will be permanently deleted 7 days after service termination.

8. Service Modifications

Orbital Host reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, abuse, or risk to infrastructure.

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

Orbital Host shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid in the previous 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable jurisdictional law.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
